sale here at Wyards Print & Artworks

Graham Clarke, author, illustrator and humorist printmaker.  He has created some five hundred images of English rural life and history, of the Bible and of the Englishman's view of Europe.
Born in 1941, Clarke's upbringing in the austerity of war-time and post-war Britain, made him reliant on his own imaginative resources.

interpretation of past and present history through the eyes of the common man.

International Connections
Robert Van De Peer RA

Robert Van De Peer has been working at Wyards Print & Artworks with a special grant 'invitation and travel' from the New Brunswick Arts Board in Canada.

This is the first of a new dialogue and exchange between the Sunbury Shores Arts and Nature Centre Printmaking Workshop in Canada and Wyards.

Robert's prints are the first of a new series for an exhibition held in London and because he has strong ties with the locality, the prints are to be thematically based on historical events in Whitstable.
